Jesse: Max, can you go and get the peach cook one?
Me: *walks to the chiller to get peaches*
Jesse: *looks at me amused* No~! I said the cook one.
Me: *thinks awhile and then finally realises*
Me: Ohhhh~!!! *goes back to get the cooked peaches*
I was stupified. Was it me or was her English too powderful to be understood? You know what? The longer I work in the kitchen, the more stupid I think I've becomed. Darn.
